Ravenhill Group, in conjunction with a client will
create an official job description with specific focus on understanding
the critical areas for success for every open position, and begin
the search process, using a variety of sourcing channels which may
include industry contacts, referrals, internet job posting sites,
networking, and other proven methods to identify both actively searching
and passive professionals who may have interest in the open position.
Key to our success when utilizing our recruitment
strategy mix is our understanding of the markets from which the
candidate comes, extensive research capabilities, coupled with an
extensive network of contacts and a specialist referral database.
Discussions with a client will cover the wide variety of places
from which the candidate might come but also potential target organizations
and specifically named individuals. This will be followed by intensive
research and ethical head hunting, designed to identify precisely
and target, key individuals.
Once a short-list has been compiled and appropriate
interviews (and other assessments) have taken place our services
won't end. Ravenhill Group will continue to provide it's clients
with ongoing advice in relation to the candidates overall suitability,
remuneration, and offer.
